Most Affordable PSF for Freehold Project In Singapore (as at September 2019)

Hello there! If you've somehow found yourself in this page then i'm going to let you in with what I know today.
As an overview in today's market, new launches (BUC) are either 99 leasehold or Freehold.
And as one can expect, the price varies between each category as well as within each category as there are other factors that affect prices, such as Location and Proximity to Public Transport and Amenities like schools. Perhaps I shall elaborate a little more in my next subsequent blog posts.
In this post, I am talking about Buildings Under Construction (BUC) - basically those you buy off the floor plan and take 3-4 years to build. So if you are here to know which is the Most Affordable PSF for Freehold BUC in Singapore as at September 2019....drumroll.....
It is Parc Komo at Changi (District 17) which also ranks at 3rd best performing Freehold Project sales with average psf of $1507.
Best Performing Freehold Project to date is Sky Everton (District 2) with average psf of $2,555 and at 2nd place is Amber Park (District 15) at $2,480 psf.
