Urban Treasures just launched over the weekend and we took a sneak peek before everyone else did.

In an honest opinion, the layout was nice. After viewing a lot of new launches in 2019, I'd have to say I personally prefer the layout of this 2 and 3 bedroom units in the show flat. Have a look at the video I took below this entry.

Urban Treasures is a Freehold Development situated in District 14 and comprises of 237 units. The selling price per square foot (PSF) for the development starts at $1,838 psf.

According to SRX data, over the past 15 years, the average psf in Distrcit 14 has increased from $450 psf to $1523.69 psf. The best performing project in District 14 to date is the 99-year Leasehold Parc Esta at an average psf of $1,688 and the lowest available data transacted per square foot for resale home is at $482 for an apartment in Guillemard Road.

Those looking for a home in District 14 should also consider The Antares right next to Mattar MRT (Blue Downtown Line) and starts from $1,475 psf.
