I visited the Cheapest 1 Bedroom New Launch in Singapore - This is What I Think

If you don't already know this, I am currently in the Developer Sales Agency Team for Parc Komo which is located in District 17 Singapore. I haven't been hyping this enough, but I shall save it for another post.

Today, I will be blogging about my visit to Jovell Sales Gallery. Truth be told, Jovell (also in district 17) had never garnered my interest, except for when I served a couple of walk-ins in Parc Komo and found that the clients were comparing the 2 developments.

After noticing that a lot of the 1-2 bedrooms were flying off the shelves, I decided to pop by Jovell and listen to their sales pitch. It didn't need much convincing because I know the area well.

Jovell is located on Flora Road. What do I think about Flora Road? Inaccessible. Not "Ulu".. just Inaccessible. But guess what? That changed when I found out LTA built a bus stop right outside the development.

Not just that, I was pleasantly surprised with the Show Flat. I especially loved the 1 and 2 bedroom layouts. I think I can safely say that I've visited a decent amount of show flats and layouts. What impressed me was that albeit small, Jovell's 1 and 2 bedrooms look spacious. Yes, you can say it was probably the Interior Design but there's so much that interior design and mirrors can do.

A smart kitchen layout, decent sized bedrooms and living area, are key to me. Bonus points for Balconies with approved balcony screens. This means you can actually have extended living space or dining in the balcony.

I won't be biased here, it was not all roses. I might regret writing this review but I really did not like the 3 bedroom layout. You will have to see it for yourself (in the show flat) to decide.
