Ok so here I go, writing and posting something that may seem completely off topic.
But to be honest i’ve always wanted a pair of espadrilles and eventhough i seriously LOVE Zara, their espadrilles really fit weird. In fact alot of the espadrilles ive tried fit weird and is reallly uncomfortable.
This made me google for the best ones in the market and it came down to both Castaner and Soludos (Soludos have some really cute designs as well). However i leaned more towards Castaner because they looked more me and have been popping on my pinterest board alot!
Lo and behold, i stumbled upon some blogs reviewing Castaner shoes and decided to give it a go! I was so lucky i found mine at the Outnet on major discount (and hence lived to tell the tale of my first pair of Castaners).
Thank god im brown cos i went for the yellow one - the carina 60. The numbers at the back indicate the heel height. I wanted something practical but wanted abit of a boost so settled for the 60.

Ive always bought covered shoes, especially pointy pumps a size up! Rightfully, im a size 39 but after reading reviews I was told to size up as well.
My shoes arrived 3 days later and it was the most exciting feeling unboxing the shoes as well! the fit was almost perfect.. I could take a size down but it might be risky and scary to break into them. From experience, the more you walk, your feet tend to expand. So it might not exactly be a brilliant idea if you’re intending to travel long tighter shoes. Also, my bet is on the quality of the shoes.

My first pair of CastanerShoes are super comfortable, iI cant wait to test them out once the circuit breaker ends! And if they‘re still a perfect fit, id want them in every single colour!!
If you’re like me contemplating this purchase, i‘d say go ahead!
